The role exists to ensure that reward programmes are consistently implemented across regions, aligned with business strategy, and responsive to regulatory, commercial, and workforce needs. The successful hire will have direct influence on how employees are rewarded, supporting both local HR teams and senior stakeholders with robust analysis, governance, and practical delivery.
Location: Salzburg, Austria (On-site 2-3 days per week)
Competitive salary package, up to 90,000, depending on experience.
