Deine Aufgaben
- SUPPORT… the HR team in administrative matters, e.g. employment contracts, agreements, references, etc.
- ASSISTANCE… in recruiting, e.g. creating job advertisements, coordinating appointments and general organisational tasks
- CONTACT PERSON… for our students at the location
- PARTICIPATION… in employer branding activities and personnel marketing events
- IF INTERESTED… participation in projects to promote a diverse and inclusive corporate culture
- SHAPING… the mobility of the future
Dein Profil
- Ongoing studies in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or comparable courses, preferably from the 2nd semester Bachelor’s degree onwards
- Interest in HR topics and initial practical experience are an advantage
- Excel and SAP skills are an advantage
- German and English at C1 level
- Service-oriented thinking and proactive approach
- High level of discretion and ability to work in a team
- Communicative, empathetic and enthusiastic personality with a sense of humour
