Deine Aufgaben
- Own the affiliate optimization strategy and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the DACH market.
- Support the wider Performance Marketing team in achieving their performance objectives.
- Grow Bitpanda’s presence, conversion, and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with the DACH country management, analytics, product, and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify new optimization and growth levers and steer efficient budgets towards defined ROI and volume targets.
Dein Profil
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Affiliate-Marketing, mit Fokus auf Optimierung bestehender Kampagnen und Aufbau neuer.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, um mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.
- Nachweisliche Erfolge im Aufbau nachhaltigen Umsatzwachstums im Affiliate- und/oder Performance-Marketing.
- Detailorientiert und aufmerksam auf Änderungen bei Affiliates.
- Erfahrung mit Partnerschaftsplattformen wie Impact ist ein bedeutender Vorteil.
