Deine Aufgaben
- Design and execute a future-proof global distribution strategy
- Expand and develop our network of international distributors
- Spot new market opportunities and turn them into real growth
- Own annual planning with partners (sales, revenue, marketing budgets)
- Analyze markets & competitors and translate insights into action
- Take full P&L ownership for your regions
- Partner closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Customer Service & Logistics
- Travel internationally (approx. 40%) to stay connected with partners and markets
Dein Profil
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in international distribution within FMCG
- Proven track record on both distributor and manufacturer side – no compromises here
- Experience managing global distributors with full P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation power, and intercultural competence
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Fluent in English; German, Spanish or French a plus
- Based in Austria or elsewhere in Europe, with flexibility to travel regularly to HQ
