Die Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) bietet ein Praktikum in der Public Information Section an, um die Werte von Integrität, Professionalität und Respekt für Vielfalt zu fördern.
Deine Aufgaben
- Research and manage the daily press clippings, and provide summaries for senior management;
- Draft input for the social media sites Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, monitor comments and conduct media research and analysis;
- Research and draft articles for the public website www.ctbto.org;
- Assist with research on public diplomacy strategies to promote the Treaty’s entry into force and the completion of its verification regime;
- Assist with building media profiles for public information stakeholders and research media outlets in different countries and regions;
- Assist in the production of audiovisual content, including sourcing photos, videos, and music, and organizing audiovisual files;
- Create social media content such as short videos, animations, photo collages, graphics, and other assets;
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 18 Jahre und maximal 35 Jahre alt;
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Vollzeitstudium in relevanten Bereichen wie internationale Beziehungen, Politikwissenschaft, Geschichte, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Journalismus, Marketing oder Filmproduktion;
- Bewerbungen können bis zu zwei Jahre nach Abschluss eines Bachelor-, Master- oder Doktorgrades akzeptiert werden;
- Fähigkeit zur Recherche und Informationsbeschaffung aus verschiedenen Quellen;
- Kenntnisse in Designprogrammen wie Canva, Adobe oder ähnlicher Software;
- Kenntnisse in der Produktion von Social Media-Inhalten und Best Practices;
- Fähigkeiten in der audiovisuellen Produktion (Aufnahme, Schnitt) sind wünschenswert;
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten;
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch;
- Kenntnisse anderer offizieller CTBTO-Sprachen (Arabisch, Chinesisch, Französisch, Russisch und Spanisch) sind wünschenswert.
