Deine Aufgaben
Support the Group’s overall efforts to maximize market share in the NCE countries, with a focus on EU and NATO markets.
Directly engage with the Country Directors and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the region to identify and develop opportunities related to the European Defence Fund program.
Coordinate and consolidate the regional approach to maximize Thales’ share in procurement through NATO agencies such as NSPA and NCIA.
Develop and drive ad hoc regional business development initiatives to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with KAMs and the sales team to maximize business capture with Key Accounts, supporting productive dialogue from early engagement through to opportunity closing.
Ensuring proposals are customer-centric, delivering compelling value propositions tailored to specific accounts.
Providing local KAMs with relevant data and insights to support strategic discussions and identify potential challenges where Thales can offer solutions.
Supporting KAMs in enhancing the maturity of their engagement plans and overall account strategies.
Understanding customers’ missions, operational environments, and priorities to broaden awareness of how Thales solutions align with their objectives; gathering customer and market intelligence to inform the marketing function.
Dein Profil
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a strategic business and marketing development role within defense sector;
MS degree in business or engineering or a related field;
Sound understanding of regional and EU defense market priorities;
Strong relationship building skills across various teams;
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in strategic marketing;
Proficient with pack office and digitally astute;
Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount to this role, along with strong partner relationship abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to influence effectively within a matrix organization;
High proficiency in English while French would be additional asset;
Fluency in one of the region’s language is a plus;
Readiness to travel across the region;
