Deine Aufgaben
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to support organic growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the CEO, Interim CFO, and Board to communicate financial performance and outlook.
- Manage, coach, and scale the finance team.
- Enhance financial systems and reporting through the Office of the CFO software stack.
- Play a leading role in preparing the business for a private equity exit.
Dein Profil
- 15+ years’ experience in finance leadership roles, including in PE-backed companies.
- Background in SaaS or technology sectors, ideally with high ARR exposure.
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance expertise — accounting qualification not required.
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and present financial information with impact.
- Experience in scaling organisations and supporting an exit process (highly desirable).
- Fluent in English with strong proficiency in German.
