Deine Aufgaben
- Representing the Director of Talent & Culture
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel’s business objectives.
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and talent development to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee retention through innovative recognition, communication and wellbeing programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and hotel policies.
- Undertake preparatory payroll.
- Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity and teamwork across all departments.
- Team leadership and development within the T&C team.
Dein Profil
- Experience in HR, ideally in the luxury hotel industry.
- Experience with payroll accounting tasks is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and best HR practices.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people and corporate culture.
