Your tasks
- Sie führen Reparaturen und Konfigurationen von Smartphones und Tablets nach Kundenwunsch durch
- Sie richten Navigationsgeräte, Konsolen, PCs und Smartphones professionell ein
- Sie verkaufen aktiv unsere Dienstleistungen und stehen den Kunden beratend zur Seite
- Sie machen unsere Produkte startklar
- Sie sind für die Lagerverwaltung der benötigten Ersatzteile verantwortlich
- Durch Ihr tiefes Produkt- und Dienstleistungswissen sorgen Sie für ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis
- Mit Ihrem Engagement stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Policies und Prozessen sicher
Your profile
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel
- Sie bringen fundiertes technisches Know-how mit, besonders in den Bereichen Smartphones und Notebooks und sind bereit, sich zusätzlich im Bereich Reparaturen weiterzubilden – diese Qualifikation wird Ihnen von uns vermittelt
- Sie interessieren sich für unsere technischen Produkte und die damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen
