Ketryx is excited to add a Product Manager to our growing product team in our Vienna office.
Your tasks
- Gather input from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to create product requirements and prioritize them based on impact and feasibility.
- Work closely with the sales team, client operations team, and other internal stakeholders to develop and describe new and existing product features.
- Manage product features from conception to market launch to ensure efficient development processes and meet quality standards.
- Manage and prioritize change requests to align them with product release plans.
- Preparing and supporting releases, including creating release notes and assisting developers with feature documentation.
- Break down high-level feature goals into smaller pieces that developers can estimate and schedule into releases.
- Monitor product development timeline and raise concerns about completion and timeline in a timely manner.
- Establish metrics to measure product success and analyze them regularly to make data-driven decisions.
- Travel as needed (2-4 times per year).
Your profile
- 5+ years of industry experience (SaaS software), at least 3 years of product management experience.
- Understanding of software engineering.
- Previous experience in computer science and/or engineering.
- Ability to design software product features, including defining user stories, creating wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset, willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
