Your tasks
- You will be supported in implementing a strong customer experience in the store and learn to create visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
- You will support the analysis of sales figures and budget targets and work together with the team on meaningful improvements.
- You help with the planning of operational processes and personnel deployment.
- You will be introduced to the topics of recruiting, onboarding, team leadership and motivation, and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures.
- You follow current fashion trends and learn how to use this knowledge effectively in everyday store operations.
Your profile
- Initial management experience in retail and a desire to develop further as a manager.
- initial insights into supporting teams and an interest in topics such as coaching and professional development.
- Willingness to learn and a good sense for structured planning and setting priorities.
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Verkaufszahlen sowie Analyse- und Follow-up.
- Communicate in an inspiring and clear manner, and listen empathetically and actively.
- Be ambitious, performance-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Think analytically, act flexibly and in a solution-oriented manner, and have a good sense for numbers and relationships.
