The Hotel Kitzhof is one of the top hotels in the region and is nestled in nature, directly next to the city park and just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque center of the world-famous Tyrolean holiday resort of Kitzbühel.
Your tasks
- Leading a 4-person team
- Support for events of all sizes (10-400 people)
- Professional receipt and processing of reservation requests
- Close cooperation with all departments of the Hotel Kitzhof
- Preparation of offers, booking contracts and functions as well as invoicing
- Preparation and follow-up of events
- Responsible for achieving the group and banquet budget through a strategically sound pricing strategy to ensure optimal revenue and high occupancy of our event spaces and hotel rooms
- Development of new and implementation of existing sales-promoting strategies and their adaptation to the current booking situation
- Preparation and approval of tenders, statistics and budgets
Your profile
- Ideally, first professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Team player
- Negotiating skills
- Good business understanding
- Independent, organized and self-responsible work
- Proficient use of PMS and Microsoft Office
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and resilience
