Your tasks
- Local implementation of the premium point-of-sale consumer journey as a service function across all channels
- Design of shop windows and in-store navigation, space management based on guidelines and product strategy
- Conducting efficient point-of-sale training to ensure a consistent brand identity
- Conducting season kick-off meetings at the point of sale with key stakeholders to support consumer centricity.
- Documentation and provision of point-of-sale photos for all segments to ensure policy implementation
- Guarantee of a premium support function
- Conducting on-site training (both digital and in-person) for new openings and/or renovations
- Support with the closure of stores and the possible storage of visual merchandising elements.
- Create and track business unit priorities with your point-of-sale visit planner.
- Design and finalization of your store visit planner on-site/digitally based on priorities
- Frequent visits to the point of sale based on segmentation and location to refresh shop floor training.
- Showroom setup for sales hours and events
- Supporting our sales team in implementing showroom guidelines based on our brand identity
- Promoting consumer centricity within the organization
- All tasks and decisions are being challenged based on consumer centricity.
Your profile
- Training in visual marketing, textiles or comparable fields
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or omni-channel textile point of sale
- High willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to different locations
- Practical experience in using frequently changing tools and software
- Affinity for fashion trends, styling, and the ability to translate looks into our brand identity
