We are looking for a strategic VP of Product to play a central role in the future of an established B2B SaaS company.
Your tasks
- Define and execute a product strategy that aligns with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Lead product development from discovery and research to market launch across multiple teams, with a focus on impact and ROI.
- Identify and validate opportunities to apply data and AI through user insights, market research, and internal analytics.
- Foster a product-focused culture based on collaboration, customer focus, and results.
- Develop and implement an ecosystem strategy that leverages network effects to increase engagement and acquisition.
- Mentoring and guiding product managers to foster a high-performing and continuously learning team culture.
Your profile
- Over 8 years of experience in modern product management, with deep knowledge of B2B SaaS or PaaS product companies.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to build trusting relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach – You are used to interacting directly with customers and leading from the front.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a strong sense of balance between product value and business results.
- Native language skills in English or German are essential.
