We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent (STARS)* for our ibis Styles Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.
Your tasks
- Professional and warm welcome of guests
- Check-in/check-out and execution of follow-up bookings
- Central contact person for all guest requests
- You accept reservation requests and process them carefully
- You will carry out all administrative tasks at the front office safely and independently and contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- Experience with the hotel software Opera will help you in your new job
