Your tasks
- Development of performance-oriented advertising materials for various digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Support in the design and implementation of social media formats
- Confident handling of brand guidelines and corporate design specifications
- Using Canva to create static and animated content
- Use of AI tools to automate and optimize design workflows
- Close collaboration with the lead designer in the development and coordination of creatives
- Support in the further development of templates, design systems and automated processes
- Monitoring current social media trends and bringing new ideas to the team
Your profile
- Completed training or initial practical experience in graphic design, media design or a similar creative field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in digital design or performance marketing
- Strong sense for social media content, design trends and performance-oriented creative thinking
- Confident use of Canva and ideally basic knowledge of other design tools
- First experiences with AI-supported tools and workflow automation
- Basic understanding of brand management and an eye for detail in adhering to CIs
- High motivation to try new things, help shape the future and grow as a team
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic environment
