Marriott International is looking for an Assistant Breakfast Manager for the Ritz-Carlton in Vienna.
Your tasks
- Supervise breakfast service to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction, and taking active part in the breakfast operation
- Support, train, and inspire our breakfast team to achieve service excellence
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily shift management
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality
- Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, cost controls, and operational efficiency
Your profile
- Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in food & beverage
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with early morning shifts
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and breakfast operations preferred
