Your tasks
- Warm greetings and friendly farewells to customers, conveying a feeling of genuine welcome
- Coordination of customer flow and support in scheduling appointments for consultations
- Comprehensive explanation of our products and services to give customers inspiration and clear guidance
- Proactively approach customers to identify their needs and offer customized solutions
- Eliminating barriers to purchase through targeted help and support with concerns
- Organization of special customer activities in the store
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in sales or retail
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, hotel/concierge or other service-oriented areas
- Above-average customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for consumer electronics and a service-oriented approach
- Winning demeanor and exceptional communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy and problem-solving skills
