Your tasks
- Strategische Analyse von Kundenanforderungen inkl. Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau und Absatzsteigerung unserer Services & Solutions (u. a. Finanzierung, Versicherung, Cloud, Logistik, Hersteller-Services, Subscription)
- Nutzung und Pflege relevanter Systeme (z. B. MDM/CRM, Knox, IT-Scope, Oracle, Relex, MS Dynamics, Warenwirtschaft wie SAP) zur effizienten Vertriebssteuerung und -dokumentation
- Monitoring und Reporting der Vertriebsaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und direkte Kommunikation mit unseren Märkten und Fachabteilungen in der Verwaltung
- Onboarding und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehung zu Herstellern, Distributionspartnern und Dienstleistern
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung (idealerweise im B2B-Bereich)
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Affinität zum Geschäftskundenvertrieb
- Hands-On Mentalität mit Interesse am Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Proaktive, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation, Engagement und Eigenverantwortung
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität (bspw. Grundkenntnisse in Programmsprache)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab
