Your tasks
- Design and further development of UI/UX concepts for digital platforms (websites, apps, landing pages)
- Creation and maintenance of content for various channels (website, app, social media, mailings, customer journey orchestration & marketing automation)
- SEO-optimized content preparation and further development of the content strategy
- Compliance with editorial and design guidelines and ensuring a consistent brand presence
- Analysis and optimization of the user experience through user feedback, A/B testing and analytics
- Support in campaign development and implementation of marketing measures in close cooperation with internal teams
Your profile
- Completed studies in communication design, UX/UI design, media design or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in agencies or in the field of content & UX
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and content editing, ideally in the financial or service sector
- Very good knowledge of common design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with headless content management systems (e.g. Contentful)
- Solid technical understanding and experience with various platforms and tools (CMS, marketing automation, social media management tools, etc.)
- Confident use of modern AI tools (e.g. for text, images and automation)
- Confident, target-group-oriented expression in German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual thinking paired with creativity and an eye for detail
- Teamwork, hands-on mentality and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders and convey complex content in an understandable manner
- Proactive, solution-oriented and structured working style
