Your tasks
- Contact person for our customers in all after-sales matters
- Interface between customers and internal departments
- Ongoing process optimization
- Maintaining our user data in the CRM system
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- valuable experience in customer care or similar fields
- Experienced use of CRM systems and sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; foreign languages are an asset.
- high level of service orientation and empathy
- Enjoyment of working with people and strong communication skills
- holistic thinking and a highly structured way of working
- Independence, solution-oriented approach, willingness to learn
