Your tasks
- Support in the reception area (Monday to Friday) including visitor management and office organization
- Coordination of external service providers and partner companies (e.g., operators of the company restaurant, etc.)
- Budget planning within the area of responsibility, especially for the company restaurant
- Management of office supplies and infrastructure (e.g. coffee, water dispensers, etc.)
- Management of the access control system (KABA) and room coordination
- Organization of internal events, celebrations and projects
- Travel management and administration of pool vehicles
- Collaboration with various departments, especially purchasing
- Administration of social benefits and travel allowances
- Management and planning of health measures (e.g. vaccination campaigns, fitness programs, …)
- Collaboration with maintenance, HR and reception
- Ongoing invoice control and cost center management
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience
- Good computer skills (MS Office etc.)
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Very good German and English skills required
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of diverse tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility as well as an independent and structured work style
