Your tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Steuerung aller Arbeitsabläufe in den F&B Bereichen (Restaurant, Hotelbar und Veranstaltungen)
- Unterstützung bei den Bestellungen und Lieferungen sowie Kontrolle der Inventur
- Sicherstellung ausgezeichneter Gästeerlebnisse bei gleichbleibender Qualität
- Ansprechpartner im Team für die täglichen, operativen Belange
- Fachliche Unterweisung sowie Förderung deines Teams
- Erkennen individueller Stärken und Entwicklungsbedarfe der Teammitglieder
- Dienstplangestaltung und Unterstützung bei der Urlaubsplanung deines Teams
- Durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität hilfst du aktiv in der Operative mit und bist bei unseren Gästen und im Team präsent
