Your tasks

- You make our open positions visible on social media (e.g. LinkedIn and Instagram) and ensure reach.
- You will maintain and develop our talent pool – so that it always remains a pool full of opportunities.
- You will be responsible for screening and managing applications – from the first contact to the interview.
- As the interface between applicants and our team leaders, you will ensure a smooth process and a positive candidate experience.
