We are looking for an experienced Interim Product Director / Head of Product to accelerate crucial initiatives for an established B2B SaaS company.
Your tasks
- Taking ownership of high-priority product initiatives and implementing them from discovery to delivery.
- Close collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders and the management team to validate needs and translate them into actionable product solutions.
- Identification and validation of opportunities for the application of data and AI through user analytics, market research and internal analysis.
- Assistance in building the right product processes and working methods for scaling.
- Mentoring and guidance of product managers to align delivery with team development.
Your profile
- Over 8 years of experience in modern product management, especially in B2B SaaS or PaaS companies.
- Proven ability to quickly achieve practical impact and align teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to prioritize and act quickly.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a strong sense of balance between product value and business results.
- Fluent German skills are an advantage (but not mandatory); strong communication skills in English are required.
