Your tasks
- Sie steuern den Verkauf für Ihren Bereich und organisieren die Verkaufsfläche in Abstimmung mit der Verkaufsleitung
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Ihre Kund/innen und und beraten diese zu unserem Produkt- und Serviceangeboten
- By motivating and continuously developing your team, you ensure high sales performance and a positive customer experience
- You ensure that the team is informed about current promotional items and suitable services
- Sie koordinieren mit der Verkaufsleitung Kampagnen und setzten gemeinsam geplante Kundenevents um
Your profile
- You are a sales-oriented personality who preferably already has management experience in retail
- You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
- You find it easy to motivate others and prepare them for mutual success
- You have entrepreneurial thinking, business understanding and decisiveness
- With your strong communication skills and high level of commitment, you have employees and customers on your side
- You are characterized by a structured way of working and a strong customer focus
- Last but not least, you have very good MS Office skills
