Your tasks
- Serving as a role model for sales staff
- Professional leadership of the store team
- Product and sales training for employees
- Compliance with the company's CI guidelines
- Ensuring occupational safety standards
- Inventory Management
- Administrative tasks in daily business
- Participation in meetings
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience and initial management experience
- Exceptional sales and organizational skills, as well as a confident and positive demeanor.
- Passion and enthusiasm for our LEGO® products
- Experience with sales systems and knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Structured and well-organized way of working
- Good to very good English skills, both spoken and written.
