The Culinarius Group is the leading consulting, event and media agency for the gastronomy and hotel industry in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland.
Your tasks
- Support and advice for our catering and hotel customers
- Development of individual communication solutions (online magazine, social media, events)
- Creation, editing and publication of content (text, photo, video, story)
- Design of graphics, banners and images
- Publication on WordPress websites and social media channels (own & client)
- Newsletter creation, distribution & analysis (Mailchimp)
- Writing press releases, supporting journalists and influencers
- Organization and implementation of campaigns, events & PR activities
- Market & competition monitoring
- Strategic management and further development of investments
- Coordination, reporting and interface management of the investments
- Customer & partner correspondence
- Support in project and investment management
- Administrative tasks (appointment coordination, invoicing, accounting preparation)
Your profile
- Completed relevant studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing/communication/customer service
- Independent, proactive and structured way of working
- High reliability, accuracy and stress resistance
- Affinity to digital media & social media
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and flexibility
- Experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress) is an advantage
