Your tasks
- Dive into our dynamic backend environment, experimenting with cutting-edge technologies
- Transform ideas into reality with: Ruby/Rails, Erlang/Elixir, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, DynamoDB, Kafka
- Learn how to work with a complex cloud setup and Kubernetes
- Work with a variety of platforms and services like AWS, Snowflake, Pulumi, and more
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit, passionate team
- Tackle the exciting challenges of our fast-growing project
- Take on different responsibilities not only related to programming
- Engage in the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain

- Passionate about Ruby
- Strong software design and database principles
- Enjoy problem solving and has a keen eye for details
- Thrive in a small, agile team environment

- Independent, precise, and well-organized work style
- Enjoy pair programming to share knowledge and learn
- Driven by the challenge of delivering high-performance and scalable solutions
- Proficient in English; speaking German is a plus
