Your tasks
- Drive and continuously improve group-wide quality performance and management systems
- Responsible for quality performance in our division
- Lead and develop the international Quality & System Management team
- Ensure implementation and compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, energy across all our sites
- Act as escalation point for global customer quality issues
- Manage audits, certifications, crisis management and system/process standardization
- Support strategic initiatives, sustainability goals and system rollouts (e.g. ONE / S4)
Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience in quality or system management in an international environment
- Strong expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, BRC and HACCP
- Deep understanding of processes, audits and risk- & customer-oriented quality management
- Proven project management skills and experience in complex, intercultural organizations
- Hands-on, solution-oriented leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Very good English and willingness to travel
