This role is responsible for coordinating feature and product requirements within a complex technical environment. You will act as a key interface between R&D expert teams, Product Management, and end users, driving the process of translating diverse requirements into clear, measurable technical specifications. A solid understanding of how features are implemented at a technical level is essential in order to define performance criteria that guide development, testing, and product rollout.

Your tasks

  • Balance customer performance needs, physical limits, R&D feasibility, timeline, cost, and serviceability requirements into structured technical specifications
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear, measurable, and testable requirements
  • Define development, validation, and release criteria to ensure product features perform as intended in real-world use
  • Communicate and align requirements across engineering, product, and service teams to ensure consistent implementation and understanding

Your profile

  • Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; cross-disciplinary knowledge preferred
  • Strong understanding of complex technical systems and how features are implemented at system level
  • Experience with interfacial communication and cross-department alignment; between R&D, Product Management, Production, and Service stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear, measurable, and testable specifications
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to balance conflicting inputs between different technical and commercial stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks and synergies
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation and requirement definition
