IMS Nanofabrication

Balance customer performance needs, physical limits, R&D feasibility, timeline, cost, and serviceability requirements into structured technical specifications
Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear, measurable, and testable requirements
Define development, validation, and release criteria to ensure product features perform as intended in real-world use
Communicate and align requirements across engineering, product, and service teams to ensure consistent implementation and understanding

Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; cross-disciplinary knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of complex technical systems and how features are implemented at system level
Experience with interfacial communication and cross-department alignment; between R&D, Product Management, Production, and Service stakeholders
Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear, measurable, and testable specifications
Strong analytical, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to balance conflicting inputs between different technical and commercial stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks and synergies
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation and requirement definition
