Aufgaben
- Support the entire investment process, including deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memoranda and actively contribute to Investment Committee discussions.
- Track portfolio company performance and assist in driving value creation initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
Profil
- 1–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and presentation.
- Solid understanding of M&A and private equity transaction dynamics.
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
