Aufgaben

  • Representing the Director of Talent & Culture
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel’s business objectives.
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and talent development to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee retention through innovative recognition, communication and wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and hotel policies.
  • Undertake preparatory payroll.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity and teamwork across all departments.
  • Team leadership and development within the T&C team.

Profil

  • Experience in HR, ideally in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Experience with payroll accounting tasks is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best HR practices.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people and corporate culture.
