Aufgaben
- Drive monthly and quarterly business performance review cycles for the country
- Support the delivery of the core strategic planning processes – including commercial strategy, and budget planning
- Support country management teams to execute processes efficiently, ensuring that internal tools solutions keep up to date with our changing business needs
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive strategic projects and ensure the organisation is exceeding the targets and our key initiatives are on track
- Foster strong relationships across Country Management, Sales & Operations, Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal, PMO & Finance, and identify and manage dependencies across teams
- Establish delivery and project management best practices and ways of working into teams
- Communicate clearly between internal and external teams, and confidently manage stakeholder expectations with associated communication.
Profil
- 5+ years at a top tier strategy consulting firm or experience in a fast growth startup, business operations role in tech or FMCG brand, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to structure programs delivery within a framework that clearly augments financial and operational goals
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic global projects and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Confident at developing narratives for executive audiences, presenting concepts and ideas to a wide range of contributors and ExCo-level stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a diverse audience from technology to sales
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with others; but at the same time work independently as needed
- Fluent in English and German (min. C1), both written and spoken
