Your tasks
- Analysis of category development and identification of opportunities and challenges for the respective customer/channel
- Conduct regular business reviews of key customers to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
- Participation in local and cross-cluster projects to support growth and innovation
- Definition of guidelines for the respective channels/customers regarding portfolio and visibility
- Responsibility for developing a category evaluation from a customer perspective
- Understanding key performance drivers at the customer/channel level with a focus on buyer behavior
Your profile
- University degree, ideally with a focus on business administration or a related field
- Professional experience of at least 1-3 years
- Solution-oriented personality and excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment
- Analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power PI knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of customer needs
