Analysis of category development and identification of opportunities and challenges for the respective customer/channel
Conduct regular business reviews of key customers to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
Participation in local and cross-cluster projects to support growth and innovation
Definition of guidelines for the respective channels/customers regarding portfolio and visibility
Responsibility for developing a category evaluation from a customer perspective
Understanding key performance drivers at the customer/channel level with a focus on buyer behavior

University degree, ideally with a focus on business administration or a related field
Professional experience of at least 1-3 years
Solution-oriented personality and excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment
Analytical thinking
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power PI knowledge is an advantage
Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of customer needs
