Your tasks
- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and TikTok with multi-million dollar budgets.
- You set up different types of advertising campaigns, manage the budgets, continuously evaluate results, optimize performance, and create reports for the team.
- You are developing innovative strategies to achieve the best results for our customers.
- You conduct systematic tests of creatives, texts, targeting, etc., continuously improve campaign performance and pass the findings on to the team.
- You work closely with the team, share your insights from the campaigns, write briefs for new creatives, and formulate hypotheses for upcoming tests.
- Based on the creatives and the strategy, you write suitable copy for the ads on the various platforms.
- You always have all the figures for your campaigns in mind, know the target KPIs, and understand how performance has changed over time.
- You also work with external tracking tools, check the data quality in the ad managers, continuously conduct data analyses and constantly identify potential for optimization.
- You are in constant contact with representatives at Meta, Google and TikTok to always use the latest tools and technologies on the market.
- You are always up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, so you can adjust your strategies accordingly.
Your profile
- Top 1% Media Buying Skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Performance Marketing Manager with Meta and Google
- Manages a budget of at least seven figures on paid social media channels
- Experience in Direct Response / Ad Copy
- A strong understanding of numbers and skills in data analysis and visualization.
- Technical know-how in handling tracking tools and marketing integrations
- You know which ads work on social media and how to reach the right target groups.
- A passion for marketing and understanding target groups
- Rapid learning ability in a dynamic environment
- A high degree of discipline and self-responsibility
- Loyalty and reliability
- A high standard for yourself and your performance
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
