Your tasks
- Selbstständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und Konzernreporting nach IFRS
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Bilanzierungsvorschriften und Konzernvorgaben
- Analyse und Bewertung bilanzieller Sachverhalte im Rahmen von Projekten und laufenden Geschäftsfällen sowie Ausarbeitung von Bilanzierungsfragen nach UGB und IFRS
- Mitgestaltung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Finanzbereich
- Mitwirkung und eventuell Verantwortung für das interne Kontrollsystem im Finanzbereich
- Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle des Global Shared Service Centers
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Group Accounting
- Ansprechperson für Märkte, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden
Your profile
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzierung / Accounting, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in UGB und IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Analytical, structured working method and high level of personal responsibility
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Lösungsorientierung
- Good to very good written and spoken English skills
