Tasks
- Case Management: Precise and fast processing of AFC cases
- Identification of suspicious transaction patterns
- KYC checks and regulatory compliance
- Transaction monitoring and preparation of suspicious transaction reports
- Use of compliance tools to minimize risk
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaboration with different departments
- Customer Success & Process Improvement: Improving the customer experience
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Data analysis to support strategic decisions
- Operational Management: Support with onboarding/offboarding of affiliate partners
- Process optimization: Continuous improvement of our systems and processes

- Interest in Bitcoin, startups and operational processes
- Technical skills with tools such as Slack, Notion, JIRA or similar software
- Language skills: Fluent German and English
- Detail orientation and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation
- Willingness to learn and continuous development
- Passion for work and the Bitcoin ecosystem
- Proactive „Get Things Done“ mentality
- Ideally, initial experience in a startup, consulting or financial sector
