Tasks
Define and implement the strategic brand and communications approach in your markets, including target group analysis, development of tailored marketing activities, and establishment of a key opinion leader network – in close collaboration with the Sales team
Safeguard a consistent brand identity by adapting and aligning marketing materials to local requirements.
Take full ownership of B2B congress & event planning – in close collaboration with the Sales team.
Develop impactful marketing materials in partnership with external agencies.
Manage, monitor, and optimise day-to-day brand and communication processes.
profile
Degree in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years’ professional experience in brand and/or communication management, ideally including B2B.
Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans, including stakeholder and KOL engagement.
Previous agency experience is an advantage but not essential.
Native in German and Business-fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
