CELUM is looking for a Business Consultant to support customers in using the CELUM platform.
Your tasks
- You advise and support our customers in unlocking the full potential of the CELUM platform.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of our customers' requirements and plan, coordinate and manage internal and external project resources.
- You are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the project duration – for both new and existing customers.
- You clarify individual customer requirements, coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders, and conduct training for different user roles.
Your profile
- You have a hands-on mentality and a good understanding of SaaS platforms.
- You are interested in topics such as Digital Asset Management, E-Commerce, and Marketing, and ideally you already have expertise in one of these areas.
- You have already gained at least 2 years of experience as a consultant in a technical environment.
- You possess good analytical skills and do not lose track of things even in stressful situations.
- You have technical knowledge in XML configuration as well as in web and JavaScript development.
- You speak German and English (at least C1 level).
