You advise and support our customers in unlocking the full potential of the CELUM platform.
You are responsible for the successful implementation of our customers' requirements and plan, coordinate and manage internal and external project resources.
You are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the project duration – for both new and existing customers.
You clarify individual customer requirements, coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders, and conduct training for different user roles.

You have a hands-on mentality and a good understanding of SaaS platforms.
You are interested in topics such as Digital Asset Management, E-Commerce, and Marketing, and ideally you already have expertise in one of these areas.
You have already gained at least 2 years of experience as a consultant in a technical environment.
You possess good analytical skills and do not lose track of things even in stressful situations.
You have technical knowledge in XML configuration as well as in web and JavaScript development.
You speak German and English (at least C1 level).
