Tasks
- Lead regional commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, carriers, and local partners to drive revenue and service excellence.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve growth, market penetration, and revenue goals.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with ocean/air carriers and agents to ensure competitive positioning.
- Own regional P&L
profile
- 8+ Jahre Erfahrung, einschließlich Führungsrollen in der Logistik oder im Seefrachtbereich.
- Bildung: Bachelor-Abschluss in Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einem verwandten Bereich.
