Tasks
- Development of the topic and content strategy for GOODNIGHT.AT
- Monitoring Gen Z trends and integrating them into content strategies
- Organization and management of freelancers
- Editorial responsibility for content, advertorials and campaigns
- Creation and optimization of SEO content to increase reach
- Customer support and coordination of campaigns, collaborations and projects
- Revising, shortening, optimising texts
- Implementation of feedback loops with freelancers and clients
profile
- Completed studies (communication, journalism, marketing) or comparable training
- Several years of experience in editorial, content marketing or a comparable position
- Practical experience in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush)
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Textual confidence with a feel for storytelling and SEO
- German language skills at native speaker level
- Empathy for the communicative needs of the Gen Z target group
- Basic understanding of social media mechanisms (Instagram, TikTok, SoMe trends)
- Structured & creative way of working
- Enjoyment of direct exchange with our customers and partners
- Ability to keep track of several things at once and get things done
- Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and desire to achieve
