Customer Collaboration Specialist (CLD) (m/f/d) - 1 Year FTC, Part Time

Tasks

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by fulfilling customer-service targets
  • Work with the order fulfillment, demand planning, demand fulfillment, and commercial teams to report on and achieve KPIs
  • Use internal and customer data to identify and implement improvement initiatives
  • Manage the order fulfillment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional collaboration

profile

  • Experience in customer service and logistics
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • SAP knowledge (preferred) and expertise in MS Office
  • Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills
  • Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs
  • Team player, accountable, reliable, proactive, and flexible

We offer

  • Entry gross salary for this position will be EUR 56,200 per year, split up into 14 pays for full-time
  • Willingness to overpay, dependent on professional work experience and qualification
