Tasks

  • Monitoring and management of high-priority programs from early stages through commercialization.
  • Support long-term strategic global brand planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and evolving external environments.
  • Translating long-term goals into adaptive and agile program management.
  • Management of key projects, issues, risks and assessments.
  • Identify and implement synergies and efficiencies to accelerate delivery and optimize resources.
  • Strategic and tactical oversight of cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leading program teams comprised of experienced experts in various disciplines.
  • Presenting updates, strategic options, and recommendations to senior management and governance bodies.
  • Enabling decisions at program, management, and board levels.
  • Contribute to the development of PMO and organizational initiatives.

profile

  • Advanced training in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including 5 years of proven leadership experience in global program management.
  • In-depth understanding of drug development, launch, market access and commercial life cycle.
  • Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs at a high level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
  • Strong strategic thinking, scenario modeling and analytical skills with a track record of delivering results under challenging conditions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interaction with various matrix teams, executives and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile program management and organizational transformation.
