Your tasks
- Take on responsibility: You will manage several branches in Vienna and the surrounding area – from sales responsibility to team leadership and operational implementation.
- Develop your employees: You strengthen your team, promote talent, and create an environment where everyone enjoys working.
- Planning & Organization: Whether it's duty rosters or personnel deployment planning – you ensure smooth processes.
- Manage key performance indicators: You analyze relevant KPIs and derive appropriate sales strategies and measures to increase sales.
- Hands-on collaboration: You are not only required to be organizational, but also actively involved in day-to-day business.
Your profile
- First management experience: You have already taken on responsibility in retail or a similar area.
- Independent working style: You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner – initiative and organizational talent are a given for you.
- Linguistic skills: You have solid English skills for communication in an international environment.
- Sales talent: You love direct customer contact and impress with your sales skills.
- Strategic & entrepreneurial thinking: You act proactively, make well-founded decisions, and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team, are willing to get involved, and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
