Tasks
- Overall responsibility for e-commerce activities (webshop, Amazon and mail-order pharmacies)
- Development and implementation of a future-oriented digital & e-commerce strategy in close coordination with the management
- Management of all online sales channels to increase sales, brand positioning and internationalization
- Management, expansion and further development of the e-commerce team
- Analysis of market trends, customer behavior and competitors to identify new growth potential
- Planning and implementation of digital campaigns
- Selection and management of external service providers, agencies and platform partners
- Budget responsibility as well as reporting and KPI-based control of the measures
profile
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in the areas of nutritional supplements, health, beauty or FMCG
- Leadership experience in digital teams and competence in stakeholder management is an advantage
- Confident handling of e-commerce systems, analytics tools, shop systems (e.g. Shopify), Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
- High level of personal responsibility, innovative spirit and solution-oriented working methods
- Fluent German and English skills
