  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients, providing a highly personalized and intuitive service approach from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
  • Drive event sales by identifying new opportunities in luxury corporate, wedding, social, and lifestyle markets, with a focus on high-end clientele and bespoke experiences.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, conduct property tours, negotiate contracts, and work closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (culinary, banqueting, rooms, spa) to ensure smooth planning and delivery of each event.
  • Monitor event performance, profitability, and client satisfaction, contributing to the overall revenue and reputation of the hotel.
